Life’s path can be ever changing. Sometimes there are obstacles in the road that are too difficult to navigate alone. Sometimes there are too many decisions to make and sometimes life is just too difficult to navigate at all. For those times, let me sit beside you and help you to see the wood for the trees, to help you find a way through or to just be a companion on the road to try and help lighten the load. In the Garden Room Sanctuary, I will offer integrative techniques and work collaboratively with you to help find a pathway to healing, provide light in the darkness and help you begin the road to recovery.
